Please Note

  • Programs may not duplicate educational content offered at the AES Annual Meeting. AES will release the 2026 Annual Meeting educational sessions soon.
  • AES may request speaker changes or updates if proposed speakers are already participating in the AES program.
  • CME/CE from a third-party accreditor is optional, but not required. AES does not accredit or jointly provide accreditation for industry satellite education.
  • All applications for industry-sponsored education are reviewed by the AES Council on Education.
  • Accepted applications must meet AES education standards for industry-sponsored education.
  • If AES is unable to fulfill all applications due to space constraints, the AES Council on Education will select the symposia it determines have the greatest educational value to attendees.

Acceptable Formats

Acceptable educational formats for industry satellite education may include a symposium or workshop featuring speaker presentations, panel discussions, films, video presentations, or hands-on activities for attendees. Room capacity will depend on the seating configuration selected for the assigned room.

In previous years, these events have typically drawn more than 100 attendees. Each sponsor is responsible for generating its own audience, and AES does not guarantee attendance.

A non-refundable application fee of $750 must accompany the completed application.

  • Full payment must be received by the deadline.
